Red Carpet is a decentralized crowdfunding platform for creative projects. Users must:

Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
Provide accurate and truthful information
Maintain the security of their wallet and account
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

3. Campaign Creation

Campaign creators agree to:

Provide honest and accurate project information
Fulfill all promised rewards to backers
Use funds raised for the stated project purpose
Communicate regularly with backers about project progress

4. Blockchain Transactions

All transactions on Red Carpet are processed on the blockchain. Users acknowledge that:

Blockchain transactions are irreversible
Users are responsible for transaction fees (gas fees)
The platform does not control blockchain networks
Smart contract interactions carry inherent risks

5. Fees and Payments

Red Carpet charges platform fees on successfully funded campaigns. All fees are clearly disclosed during campaign creation. Payment processing is handled through blockchain smart contracts.

6. Intellectual Property

Campaign creators retain ownership of their intellectual property. By using the platform, creators grant Red Carpet a license to display and promote their campaigns.

7. Limitation of Liability

Red Carpet is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for:

Campaign success or failure
Disputes between creators and backers
Loss of funds due to user error or blockchain issues
Third-party services or smart contract vulnerabilities

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
